Missions:

 

• Deliver business growth with existing and potential clients of Arval Russia

• Make input into company strategy to reach volume and profitability targets

• Lead by example developing top company’s International clients/prospects

• Take active part in new products’ development

• Manage team of Business Managers to assure effective dialogue inside the company to support clients needs

• Train and coach Business Managers on Arval Russia product catalogue, Operation Leasing market, sales tools and processes

Required skill

• Higher education;

• Experience in complex B2B Sales 5+ y

• Proven records of successful business development (new business acquisition)

• Sales management 3+ y (team of 5+ FTEs)

• Solid knowledge of sales pipeline management and CRM tool

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong leadership skills

• Experienced in data and KPIs analysis (reporting)

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Experience in International sales projects (cooperation with HQs)

• Solid knowledge of the automotive and leasing market

• Experience in customized solutions implementation
