ARVAL, being a genuine advisor and expert in terms of fleet management provides all kinds of operations included in the contract except vehicle purchase, financing and selling after the contract expiration. Thus client can concentrate on its own business and not spend resources (time, human, etc.) for corporate fleet.

Road side Assistance

ARVAL provides quick & efficient service ( 24/7) in case of vehicle break down or any other problem with it. In any case, ARVAL  provides the effective  solution – whether it is phone consulting to the driver, repair technician visit or vehicle transportation to the nearest garage.   

Tyre Management

ARVAL takes care about season tyres purchase, store and replace. We will not only switch the summer tyres for the winter tyres and vice verse but replace them in case of wearing down.

Replacement Vehicle

If the lease car is temporarily unavailable – due to servicing or repair work, for instance – we can provide you with a replacement vehicle. This vehicle will be equivalent to your regular company car or one class smaller, depending on what has been agreed with your employer. Depending on the agreements that are in place, either ARVAL or your employer will take on the costs of the replacement vehicle. ARVAL will handle the delivery and collection of the replacement vehicle.
