 Arval is itself a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group. In 2006, corporate financing and investment activities and the leasing-with-services arm were merged with the Equipment Solutions division, which includes three other companies:

  • Arius, leasing and management of IT equipment
  •  Artegy, long-term leasing of industrial vehicles with services
  • BNP Paribas Lease Group, equipment financing.

The aim is to offer customers and investors the chance to outsource risks attached to professional assets, whether the risks involve credit, market or technical issues.
