Arval in Russia
Russian subsidiary of Arval was opened in 2006.
The services-penetration rate of between 80% and 90% is exceptional and demonstrates that customers’ expectations are particularly high, as the market is immature. For example, the pickup and delivery service and winter/summer tyre-change management are directly influenced by country-specific factors.
Reaching agreements with a network of suppliers therefore requires Arval employees to be present in all regions. A central call centre in Moscow offers services to multinational and Russian companies of all sizes, spread throughout the whole country.
Today, Arval Russia operations cover 100% of Russia territory. More than 5000 vehicles in fleet , more than 200 customers.
